Our favorite pho in the Baltimore area. We literally look for reasons to come down to Laurel (from the city) so we have an excuse to eat here. One of their hostesses is a bit rough around the edges and it definitely has a 'hole in the wall' vibe, but their food is amazing and service is quick. In particular, the broth has a deliciously deep and complex flavor to it with lots of cilantro and onions, which I love, and the bowls are generously portioned with lots of both noodles and meat. Note: this place is closed on Sundays.

God pho. Me like it. You know cook well by end. And if you wait to be seated you get exceptional service

Apparently me seating myself warranted for bad customer service. Iām new to the laurel area and I enjoy Pho and Vietnamese food and culture, however I walked into the restaurant NOT KNOWING that I was suppose to wait to be seated. So when I sat down, the āOwnerā (front desk lady), was rude to me. She simply said she was rude because I sat myself. In this restaurant, there is no sign that says āplease wait to be seatedā, me sitting down was simply from NOT KNOWING and that should not have been a reason for me to be mistreated. She tried to say that I was racist to āChineseā people because at āApple Beeā I would wait to be seated, however, people KNOW to wait because thatās something they made aware to the customer to do. This was very tasteless and unprofessional to be singled out by her for no reason and I would like to know the real owner of this resturant because this was not right.
